Hospitality Healthcare Services’ Advisory Board is composed of highly respected healthcare leaders from across the United States who bring extensive experience in hospital operations, clinical leadership, quality, and organizational strategy.

The Advisory Board works alongside Adrian Castillo, Chief Executive Officer, and the executive leadership team to provide strategic guidance that supports thoughtful decision-making, leadership alignment, and the long-term well-being of the organization.

Dorothy L. Sawyer

RN, MN, LFACHE

More than four decades of executive healthcare leadership across acute care and behavioral health. Former CEO and CNO, with a strong focus on patient care quality and staff engagement.

With over four decades of healthcare leadership experience, Sawyer has led many successful initiatives focusing on quality patient care, patient satisfaction and staff engagement. Sawyer’s experience spans acute care and behavioral health in both
urban and rural settings. In her most recent role, she served as inaugural CEO for a
100-bed psychiatric hospital.
Sawyer’s past roles include Chief Nursing Officer for The Medical Center of Aurora,
Chief Executive Officer for Havasu Regional Medical Center, Market President for Iasis Healthcare, and Chief Executive Officer for Eastern State Hospital.


Recently retired, Sawyer is a volunteer for the American Red Cross serving as the
Volunteer National Network Nursing Director.

Sawyer earned her BSN and Master of Nursing degrees from Eastern Washington
University. She recently retired and lives with her husband in Newman Lake, Washington where they enjoy exhibiting and driving classic cars. She enjoys spending time with her seven grandchildren, playing golf and taking long walks.

Dana Obos

DHA, MHA, RN, CCM, CWC

Over 35 years of healthcare experience, from Registered Nurse to executive leadership roles including COO, CNO, and Chief Quality Officer. Adjunct professor in graduate health administration programs.

Dr. Dana Obos has over 35 years of healthcare experience, beginning as a Registered Nurse. Her leadership and executive roles include directorships in Quality, Risk, & Case Management, as well as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer positions in several hospitals across the country.
Dana has served as a hospital operations leader for a major health plan in Colorado. She has also served in corporate roles, including VP for Clinical Operations and Chief Quality Officer. Dr. Obos is an adjunct professor, teaching in the graduate health administratio programs for A.T. Still University and Midway University. 

In addition to a degree in Nursing, Dr. Obos holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration and a Doctoral degree in Health Administration. She also holds a board certification in Case Management since 1998 and is a member of the College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
Dr. Obos is also a Certified Wellness Coach. She and her husband own Remedium Wellness, LLC, near Nashville, Tennessee.


Winnie Fritz

RN, EdD, MSN, BSN, NEA-BC/CNAA

International healthcare executive with leadership experience across U.S. and global health systems in more than 24 countries. Former CEO, COO, and Chief Clinical Officer in healthcare operations worldwide.

Winnie Fritz has held leadership positions as a CEO, COO, Chief Clinical Officer, & Chief Nursing Officer in a
variety of U.S. and international hospitals and healthcare organizations including for-profit and not-for-profit care providers in the U.S. and in 24 other countries. Her experience also includes serving as the Director of
Intl Healthcare Ops for HCCA Intl, where she has worked on healthcare projects in Europe, the Middle East, India, Africa, and Asia. She was employed by His Majesty King Hussein of Jordan to assess the population’s health status; then as the Dean of a School of Nursing; and later in a Chief Operations & Quality Officer
position for a 28-hospital network. For her almost two decades of service in Jordan; for success in strategic &
financial planning; in facilities design; and in improved clinical performance in Jordan’s hospitals, His Majesty awarded Winnie His Medal of Honor. She still maintains a home in Jordan and is there annually.

Winnie has been recognized as a Chief Clinical Officer/CNO of the Year by U.S. Vanguard Health System and has been
honored by U of MO with the School of Nursing’s Lifetime Distinguished Service Merit and the University’s highest award – The Golden Quill Excellence Award for innovations in global healthcare. The U of MD just
awarded Winnie their Visionary Pioneer Award for global healthcare initiatives & achievements.


During her tenure as a nurse in the US Army, Winnie earned her pilot’s wings and held leadership positions in the U.S., Thailand, and wartime Vietnam where her commendations include the Bronze Star. She was the Mgr.
of the Presidential/VIP Unit at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in DC. She also served as an Assistant Professor at Georgetown University, U of MD, U of MO, and the U of NV teaching healthcare delivery,
leadership, innovation in healthcare, & curriculum design/instructional systems. She has served as CEO, CCO,
&/or CNO of 7 U.S. hospitals (MO, NV, WI, AZ).

Currently, Winnie is the COO/Sr. V.P. of Clinical Services & Operations for HCCA Management Co, Nashville, TN. She works in the U.S. and in hospitals & health systems in Africa, India, and the Middle East to build,
equip, and operate patient-centered healthcare facilities; to recruit & develop physician/staff competencies;
AND to improve veterans care, population health, & clinical and financial outcomes. Currently she is especially focused upon using her People-Places-Processes Model to innovate and to eliminate “waste’ so the
healthcare systems & professionals can function “Top-of-License.”

Trudie F. Milner

PhD

Experienced healthcare executive specializing in hospital operations, strategy, and performance improvement. Leader in data-driven transformation and Lean methodologies.

She has worked within a multi-hospital integrated system, an academic medical center and most recently in a community health system where she served as an SVP and Chief Operating Officer.

Trudie F. Milner, PhD, has a strong foundation in continuous improvement methodologies including Lean principles and performance benchmarking, which are essential for identifying opportunities to enhance care delivery. She understands the importance of using data not only to monitor compliance but to drive sustainable, evidence-based change. Throughout her career, Dr. Milner has led cross-functional initiatives that reduce variation, improve patient outcomes and embed a culture of accountability. Key achievements include building
effective, high functioning teams, streamlining operations and leading through change.
Dr. Milner is passionate and committed to graduate-level education for both clinical and non-clinical leaders with a focus on curriculum development, teaching and mentoring. She is an adjunct assistant professor in the College of Health Professions at the Medical University of South Carolina where she has
taught for the last 15 years. She is an active researcher, a published author and a TEDx speaker.
